Do you owe us a debt?
We'll help you resolve it.

Resolving a debt sooner means lower costs and less stress. Get in touch — together we'll find a way to handle the situation. We act fairly, discreetly, and in line with the law.

How to proceed

Three steps to resolving your debt

1

Verify your debt

Have the variable symbol or reference number from the letter you received from us ready. It helps us quickly find your receivable and tell you the current amount owed.

2

Contact us

Call our debtor line or send an email. Our operators will explain the amount of the debt, how it arose, and the available solutions.

3

Arrange a payment plan

If you can't pay the full amount at once, we'll arrange a payment schedule that fits your means — helping you avoid court and enforcement proceedings and further costs.

Ignoring it doesn't pay off. Ignoring a receivable leads to further costs — court fees, default interest, and ultimately enforcement. Let's resolve it by agreement.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I don't respond?

The receivable proceeds to court and then enforcement proceedings. Court fees, legal representation costs, default interest, and the bailiff's fee are added to the original amount — total costs can multiply several times over.

Can I split the debt into instalments?

Yes. If you can't pay the full amount at once, contact us. We'll set up a payment schedule that matches your means while remaining acceptable to the creditor.

How do I verify the debt is legitimate?

On request we'll send you the complete documentation — the original invoice or contract, the payment demand, and the statement. You have the right to transparent information about what you owe and why.

Do you communicate discreetly?

Yes. We act in line with GDPR and personal-data protection law. We don't share information about your debt with third parties beyond our legal obligations.

What if I receive a demand by mistake?

If you believe the demand is unjustified, contact us as soon as possible. Provide us with documentation (e.g. proof of payment) and we'll review the situation and, if needed, stop the proceedings.

How long does it take to arrange a payment plan?

After a phone call we typically send a proposed payment schedule by email within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can start paying immediately according to the agreed plan.
